endorsing free/low-cost city programs for youth, families, students and seniors

Lethbridge is our home. Rufa will advocate for safer neighbourhoods by working to:
strengthen partnerships with community organizations to address addictions, and mental health challenges
increase neighbourhood patrols by foot, bike, or vehicle—especially in downtown and high-incident areas
improve lighting, signage, and pedestrian visibility in alleys, parks, and transit stops
